My name is Anna Coursey and I am an artist living in Lincoln, Selwyn. Originally from Christchurch I spent a few years in Oamaru before moving with my family to Lincoln. My paintings are oils. They primarily feature florals and reflect the love of nature and my passion for gardening. 

I have had a career in nursing, then took time out to raise my 3 daughters. Moving to Lincoln I rediscovered my creativity and love of painting. I have experimented with portraits and landscapes before starting working as a full time artist and focussing on the detail and colour of florals. My art is an expression of the multitude of shapes, hues, contrasts and patterns found in nature.
