Audrey Anderson

Audrey Anderson is a South African-born artist currently residing in New Zealand. She completed her BA Fine Arts (Honours) degree at the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2006. With an impressive international exhibition history, her artwork has been showcased in galleries and art fairs across South Africa, England (London), The Netherlands (Amsterdam and The Hague), Luxembourg, Sweden, and Germany. In recognition of her talent, Anderson was awarded the prestigious SA Taxi Foundation Art Award in South Africa in 2016. 


In 2017, she received a supported art residency at Arteles Creative Centre in Finland, and her exceptional work led to an invitation to return in 2022 as an artist alumni for a three-month residency. Currently based in Nelson, New Zealand, Anderson is an approved artist member of the NSAS gallery, and her captivating pieces can be viewed at the Quiet Dog Gallery in Nelson. 


Notably, Audrey Anderson's artworks have been included in esteemed collections, including Nandos in the UK, Australia, and South Africa, Hollard, Spier, Alpine Attitude, SA Taxi, The South African National Art Bank, RMB FNB Bank, Reuters in New York, and Forbes Africa.
