Lawson's Dry Hills Wines
PINK People's Choice AWARD
Lawson’s Dry Hills Wines of Marlborough
have been our wine partner since 2017.
The LDH team are a dedicated bunch of people who live and breathe every part of the viticultural and winemaking process. The People’s Choice award might be PINK, but we love that their wines’ ethos and philosophy is green!
Recently becoming B Corp Certified, Lawson’s Dry Hills is New Zealand’s most sustainably certified wine producer. Along with the vegan tick, their wines are 100% certified sustainable grown and produced and the company is also Toitū certified net carbon zero. We love their green values and of course their delicious wines too – white, red and pink!
Our People’s Choice Award is PINK in honour of their gorgeous PINK Pinot Rosé. The top ten selling artists are selected from the previous year’s show and are tasked with creating an artwork with some rosé creativity, inspired by the wine’s delicious tasting notes and beautiful packaging.
Art show visitors are invited to vote for their top ten favourite artwork. The artist with the most votes wins the PINK People’s Choice Award, one PINK Award winner at each of the Art Across Aotearoa shows. The winning artist is the recipient of a 5-panel exhibition pack for the following year’s show worth $1,6000, oh and of course a case of PINK wine! A combined value of $5,750.00 across all shows. The winner is announced at the close of the show on Sunday afternoon.
Yet again, we wait with anticipation to marvellous creativity that will feature of the award wall at each of our art shows in 2025!
